Burgess & Niple is hiring a Director, Alternative Delivery to lead and grow its regional alternative delivery practice for transportation clients, including state DOTs and local municipalities. The role covers strategy, pursuit capture, client advising, teaming and proposal development, project oversight, contract negotiation, risk management, resource planning, and practice development. Candidates must have a bachelor's degree in civil engineering from an ABET-accredited program, Professional Engineer registration in the state of employment, and at least 20 years of related experience.
