Description

Temple University's Institutional Advancement Department is hiring a Director, Alumni Affinities and Programs to lead and develop a portfolio of alumni engagement programs, including affinity-based communities connecting students, recent graduates, and alumni. Reporting to the Executive Director, Alumni Engagement, the role supervises the Associate Director, Student and Young Alumni Engagement; establishes annual goals; plans and executes programs; manages resources; and coordinates with Institutional Advancement and campus partners. The position requires a bachelor's degree, at least six years of progressively responsible experience in alumni relations, constituent or community engagement, membership programs, volunteer management, nonprofit programming, advancement, or a related field, and offers a hybrid on-campus and remote work arrangement with a salary range of $85,000 to $95,000.
