Description
The Director, Alumni and Supporters leads National FFA’s national strategy and operating plan for alumni, supporters, volunteers, donors, and agricultural education programs. The role develops engagement pathways, strengthens state and local networks, recruits and develops alumni volunteers and leaders, partners with development and communications, supports philanthropic engagement, manages the team and budget, and measures performance across retention, participation, advocacy, and program impact. The position requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, at least eight years of progressively responsible experience in alumni relations, nonprofit or membership engagement, advancement, fundraising, volunteer management, or a related field, and five or more years of leadership experience.
