Pathward is hiring a Director, AML/CFT Governance, Quality Control & Reporting to lead governance, quality control, reporting, issue management, and program effectiveness activities for the Bank's AML/CFT Compliance Program. The role reports to the Vice President, BSA & Sanctions Governance, Quality Control, & Reporting, partners with compliance, risk, audit, legal, operations, and business-line stakeholders, and provides operational leadership to assigned team members. It requires a bachelor's degree, at least seven years of progressive experience in AML/CFT compliance or related regulated financial functions, and at least three years of leadership experience. The role is hybrid and remote-office, with an annual salary range of $86,000 to $145,000 and eligibility for an annual performance-based incentive.
