Description
Zenas is hiring a Director of Analytical Development and Quality Control to lead analytical methodology development and quality control for biologics from early research through commercialization. The role partners with process development, quality, regulatory, and manufacturing teams; leads cell-based assay development, method validation, transfer, comparability, regulatory filings, deviations, and analytical strategy; and supports CMC, inspections, and audits. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in a relevant scientific field, at least 10 years of relevant analytical development experience, strong cell-based assay expertise, and knowledge of ICH, FDA, and EMA requirements. The position is hybrid and offers a base salary of $176,900 to $221,219 plus bonus, equity, and benefits.
