Description

Bounteous is hiring a senior Adobe Analytics and Customer Journey Analytics consulting leader to advise clients on analytics strategy, measurement, data governance, tagging, dashboards, and test-and-learn programs. The role leads project teams, defines technical implementations, mentors consultants, supports proposals and account growth, and represents the practice externally. It requires extensive hands-on experience with Adobe Analytics and CJA, senior consulting experience, and strong client and communication skills; Adobe certifications and experience with Adobe Target and other AEP solutions are preferred. The position is remote and offers visa sponsorship for eligible candidates.

Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: 8+ years of hands-on experience with Adobe Analytics and Adobe Customer Journey Analytics
8+ years in an agency or client-facing consulting environment, including prior senior or lead consulting experience
Experience leading project teams and mentoring or managing consultants or analysts
Experience defining technical design and documentation for analytics implementations
Experience designing and leading measurement strategy, including KPI frameworks and test-and-learn programs
Preferred Qualifications: Adobe Analytics and/or CJA certification
Experience with Adobe Target and other AEP solutions
Track record of building trust with client stakeholders and shaping strategy at a senior level
Strong business acumen and experience with proposals, scoping, or account growth
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong understanding of analytics implementation, tagging, data layer architecture, and data governance
