VaynerMedia is hiring a Director, Analytics to lead a team of data analysts and serve as a trusted advisor to clients and internal stakeholders on analytics, measurement, reporting, dashboards, and modeling. The role covers digital media analytics, first-party data, attribution, predictive modeling, data quality, client presentations, and analytics practice growth, while mentoring analysts and fostering a collaborative team culture. It is a hybrid position based in the New York City office two to three days per week, with a base salary of $145,000 to $180,000 USD and medical, dental, vision, retirement, leave, and wellness benefits.
