1Password is hiring a Director, Analytics Engineering to lead the analytics engineering roadmap, architecture, data foundations, semantic layers, and pipeline infrastructure supporting business, AI, and Generative BI initiatives. The role reports to the VP, Data Analytics, manages and develops analytics engineers, sets data quality and deployment standards, and partners with Data Engineering, Analytics, Finance, Marketing, Product, and Go To Market teams. It is remote within the United States or Canada, with annual base salaries of $204,000–$306,000 USD for USA-based roles and $200,000–$300,000 CAD for Canada-based roles, plus benefits, paid time off, equity, and incentive programs.
