Description
Codera is hiring a Director, APAC Clinical Operations to provide operational oversight for clinical site management across the Asia-Pacific region. The role manages Site Directors and regional partners, oversees study start-up, feasibility, site initiation, patient recruitment, monitoring, close-out, inspection readiness, regulatory and IRB/EC submissions, budgets, contracts, recruitment plans, and quality and risk activities. It requires a life sciences degree, at least eight years of clinical trial monitoring experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and willingness to travel domestically and internationally up to 25–40%. The estimated annual base salary is $190,000–$250,000, with possible discretionary bonuses and incentive programs.
