Director, APAC HR Shared Services at Applied Materials

Applied Materials is hiring a Director, APAC HR Shared Services in Bangalore to lead HR shared services delivery and transformation across the Asia-Pacific region. The role oversees HR Direct, data management, talent acquisition operations, learning operations, and in-country HR support; drives operational excellence, process improvement, service governance, technology and AI adoption, and team development; and partners with HR business partners, centers of excellence, and country teams. The position is full time, requires significant global HR shared services and people leadership experience, and includes 10% travel and relocation eligibility.
