Langley Federal Credit Union is hiring a full-time Director of Application Development Services to lead the strategic direction, design, development, integration, testing, deployment, and delivery of enterprise software applications. The role manages and mentors a team of application developers, sets technical standards, makes architectural decisions, oversees system integration and data migration, and implements DevSecOps and CI/CD practices. The position is hybrid from the company's City Center office in Newport News, Virginia, and is on-site rather than remote.
