Description
The Director of Application Engineering leads Generac's Industrial Power Generation Application Engineering and Technical Support functions, managing Sales Engineers, Application Engineers, Technical Support Specialists, and Subject Matter Experts. The role oversees technical sales support, application engineering, special engineering quotations, complex customer issue resolution, product enhancements, technical tools, documentation, and sales enablement for industrial generators, while partnering with Product Management, Engineering, Sales, and the industrial dealer network.
