proteanTecs is hiring a Director, Application Engineering to lead a team of Application Engineers, support customers, deploy technology across multiple projects, provide tool and technology training, manage project planning and resource allocation, resolve technical issues, and provide feedback to R&D. The role requires a bachelor’s or master’s degree in electrical or computer engineering, 10 to 12 years of RTL2GDS flow experience with advanced-process tapeouts, 4 to 5 years of management experience, knowledge of Cadence or Synopsys tools, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
