The Director, Application Services will lead a team of programmer/analysts and data engineers supporting university applications, business systems, and data integration. Responsibilities include performance management, mentoring, project coordination, ERP support, business-systems committee leadership, development standards, documentation, and change-management oversight. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in computer science or information technology, five years of experience developing and supporting database-driven software applications, programming and SQL experience, database-system experience, supervisory experience, and strong communication and customer-service skills.
