Description
The NYC Department of Consumer and Worker Protection is hiring an Application Support Lead to support Microsoft Dynamics365 and Angular applications using .NET, evaluate business processes, translate needs into functional requirements and designs, lead analysis and design, coordinate testing and user acceptance, manage defects, and lead the support team. The role requires a baccalaureate degree with relevant computer education and software experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience, including project leadership or major contributor experience.
