VulcanForms is hiring a Director, Applications Engineering to lead the technical function that evaluates customer product requirements, assesses manufacturing feasibility, and builds technical relationships with customers from early sales through onboarding and product development. The role will build and develop an applications engineering team, establish feasibility and requirements processes, capture technical capability data, and serve as a senior technical partner to commercial leadership. Candidates need extensive manufacturing and additive manufacturing experience, including leading technical customer-facing teams, along with strong communication and relationship-building skills. The position offers an annual base salary of $203,980 to $280,470, equity, medical, dental, vision, and life insurance, paid time off, and a 401(k) match.
