Deloitte is hiring a Director, Applied AI Engineering to own the engineering strategy, technology roadmap, architecture, standards, and delivery quality for a service line focused on GenAI and agentic capabilities. The role leads product groups and service-line engineering, collaborates with executives and cross-functional teams, and remains hands-on with architecture, integration, code, and emerging technologies. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline, extensive full-stack software engineering experience, enterprise architecture and cloud-native experience, and substantial AI/ML and agentic application experience.
