The role covers scientific strategy, feasibility and proof-of-concept work, pipeline advancement, team leadership, cross-functional collaboration, technology evaluation, experimental quality and compliance, and external scientific partnerships. Candidates need at least 10 years of experience in assay development, applied research, or product development in diagnostics, biotechnology, or life sciences, substantial leadership experience, and an advanced degree; the annualized base salary is $161,800–$287,700 and the role is bonus eligible.
