Ware Malcomb is hiring a Director to lead the Architecture group and serve on the senior management team. The role oversees design, growth, revenue, profitability, staffing, proposals, contracts, budgets, operations, client relationships, business development, project liability, and team culture. It requires at least 10 years of architecture experience, prior team or studio leadership, proposal experience, local-market client relationship experience, and a bachelor’s degree in architecture or a related field; a licensed architect is strongly preferred. The position is full-time and long-term.
