CASES is hiring a full-time Director, Assertive Community Treatment to provide clinical and administrative leadership across its ACT Department, including ACT, Forensic ACT, ACT Alternative-to-Incarceration, and Young Adult ACT. The role oversees multiple teams, provides clinical guidance and training to Team Leaders, monitors budgets, ensures compliance with New York State and New York City behavioral health standards, supports program reviews and quality improvement, and promotes staff cohesion. The position is based in the Bronx, New York, with flexible remote work one day per week, and pays $111,240 annually.
