Director at Cytokinetics

Cytokinetics is seeking a Director with expertise in small molecule process development and manufacturing to lead the technical development of small molecule drug substances from IND-enabling studies through commercialization. This role involves leading synthetic route design, process optimization, control strategy development, and scale-up and GMP manufacturing activities at external CDMO partners. The director will also manage and mentor process chemists, ensure quality and supply chain security, coordinate production schedules, and compile documentation for regulatory submissions.
