Edwards Lifesciences is seeking a Director to lead the Software Systems, Process, and Delivery sub-function within their Implantable Heart Failure Management (IHFM) team. The role involves owning the architecture, documentation, and delivery of rigorous, auditable regulated software and data products, focusing on sprint execution, release orchestration, and design control. The director will manage delivery execution, release readiness, establish scalable process systems, ensure audit-readiness, lead and grow teams, and drive continuous improvement.
