Description
The Director, Emergence will lead the firm’s software acquisition sourcing and origination function in New York, partnering with leadership to identify, evaluate, diligence, structure, negotiate, close, and manage post-acquisition software investments. The role owns the investment lifecycle, builds scalable sourcing processes and infrastructure, coordinates cross-functional dealwork, and helps hire and develop team members. It is a foundational hire open to Associate through VP-level candidates, with preferred 4–10+ years of private equity, growth equity, or venture capital experience, and offers competitive cash compensation, uncapped bonus potential, and long-term carry opportunities.
