Description
The Director will lead a pool of experienced lawyers providing contract review, negotiation, and related legal-query support, while overseeing hiring, staffing, training, quality control, and service expectations. The role serves as the primary liaison between KPMG U.S. Office of General Counsel and KPMG Global Services lawyers, develops strategies for using global legal resources, identifies new legal initiatives, and builds relationships across leadership, legal teams, functions, and time zones. The position requires an Indian or UK-qualified attorney or lawyer with 15–20 years of post-qualification experience, an LLB or LLM, and expertise in contract review, negotiation, legal queries, and legal-document drafting.
