Description
The Director-at-Large is a volunteer member of the Mohawk Students' Association Board of Directors responsible for strategic governance and oversight rather than day-to-day operations. The role approves strategy and major decisions, exercises financial stewardship, monitors organizational performance, participates in board committees, and holds the Executive Director and Student Executive Team accountable. It requires approximately 8 hours per month, onsite attendance at Fennell Campus for board meetings, and day or evening availability as needed.
