Description
The Center Director leads a child care center by managing school staff, scheduling and evaluating employees, supporting curriculum implementation, maintaining licensing and community standards, recruiting and retaining staff, and creating a safe, educational environment for children and families. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, at least 21 years of age, and 1–2 years of supervisory or management experience; early childhood education experience is preferred. Compensation starts at $76,000, with medical, dental, vision, FSA, education assistance, retirement matching, and other benefits available.
