Viability is hiring a full-time Director in Pittsfield, Massachusetts, to provide strategic leadership and operational oversight for programs serving individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities and mental health conditions. The role supervises multidisciplinary staff, manages budgets and compliance, oversees person-centered planning and quality improvement, reports to stakeholders, and builds relationships with families, employers, funders, and community partners. A master's degree in addiction counseling, social work, psychology, or a related field is required, along with experience overseeing multidisciplinary teams and navigating DDS and DMH systems.
