Description

Hyve Group plc is hiring a Director, Audience Development to own year-round buyer recruitment strategy and execution for POSSIBLE US. The role combines personal sales and strategic account management with leadership of a small audience development team, reporting and pacing analysis, senior brand and agency relationship building, outreach strategy, and cross-functional collaboration. It is a permanent hybrid position associated with New York and Miami offices, with a base salary of $110,000–$120,000 plus uncapped commission and comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage.

Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: At least 8 years of experience in attendee acquisition, account management, or sales, preferably in events, media, marketing, or advertising.
Preferred Qualifications: Experience managing or mentoring teams.
Experience selling to agencies, brands, or marketing and advertising organizations.
Experience developing buyer recruitment playbooks across multiple events.
Experience scaling attendee acquisition for a growing or newly launched event.
Willingness to work from the New York office.
