Description
Coupang is hiring a Technical Lead Manager to architect and implement a durable execution platform for complex workflow systems. The role leads the end-to-end design of a distributed workflow engine, focuses on 5-6 nines availability, integrates AI/ML for automated scaling, bottleneck detection, and error recovery, and addresses distributed locking, timers, and deterministic execution. The Technical Lead Manager will lead up to 10 engineers and collaborate with product teams, requiring a bachelor's degree, 8 years of backend software development experience, Java and Spring proficiency, AWS experience, and experience managing 5-10 engineers.
