Coupang is seeking an engineering leader to lead its dynamic authorization effort within the Identity, Access and Protection Infrastructure team. The role involves building and shaping the team, defining strategy and roadmaps, coordinating with cross-functional stakeholders, delivering large-scale services, and contributing to security and operational excellence. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related technical field, 12+ years of software engineering experience or 10+ years with an advanced degree, 5+ years managing engineers, and experience with large-scale distributed systems, security, IAM, and cross-functional roadmap work.
