Description
Ardena is hiring a Director, Bioanalytical Services / Business Unit Director (BUD) to lead the U.S. bioanalytical business unit and build, launch, and scale a new bioanalytical laboratory. The role owns the P&L, budgeting, forecasting, capital planning, scientific and operational performance, GLP and non-GLP study delivery, commercial strategy, and cross-functional collaboration. Candidates need a master’s or PhD in a relevant scientific discipline, at least 8 years of pharmaceutical, biotech, or CDMO experience including senior leadership, and strong knowledge of bioanalytical development and GLP requirements. The position offers a salary range of $185,000 to $220,000, a bonus incentive plan, flexible working hours, and requires relocation at the candidate’s own expense.
