Description
RayzeBio is hiring a Director of Biostatistical Programming to oversee clinical study deliverables and timelines, manage vendor programming quality, review and analyze clinical trial data, support DSUR/IBs, publications, FDA briefing documents, and other internal requests, and develop CDISC data packages for clinical study reports and regulatory submissions. The role also establishes programming and quality-control processes, maintains SAS infrastructure, creates SAS macros and applications, and leverages AI to improve program performance. The position reports to the Head of Biostatistical Programming, requires a bachelor's degree in statistics, mathematics, or an equivalent field with at least 15 years of pharmaceutical industry experience or a master's degree with at least 12 years of programming experience, and requires oncology therapeutic area experience. The San Diego location offers a full-time base salary of $227,418 to $275,577, with medical, pharmacy, dental, and vision coverage.
