Director, Biostatistics at bicara-therapeutics

Bicara Therapeutics is hiring a Director of Biostatistics to lead statistical activities for oncology clinical programs. The role provides strategic direction and hands-on expertise in study design, data analysis, evidence generation, protocol and statistical analysis plan development, SAS and R analysis, CRO and vendor oversight, and regulatory submission support. It is based in the Boston office on a hybrid schedule with three in-office days per week and requires a master’s or PhD in a quantitative field, at least 10 years of industry experience including 5 years in oncology clinical development, and strong SAS or R programming skills.
