Kiniksa Pharmaceuticals is hiring a Lead Biostatistician to report to the Biometrics Head and lead statistical work across multiple research and development programs. The role covers clinical development plans, study designs, analysis plans, clinical study reports, regulatory submissions, database and analysis standards, SAS and R programming, statistical methodology, external vendor oversight, and collaboration with clinical research and development teams. The position requires a PhD in statistics or biostatistics, at least eight years of pharmaceutical or biotechnology experience, and strong clinical trial and statistical programming expertise.
