Description
The Director, BVNK–Mastercard Synergies Program will lead the end-to-end governance, execution, and hands-on PMO of strategic revenue-synergy initiatives resulting from Mastercard’s acquisition of BVNK. The role coordinates cross-functional delivery across payments, technology, finance, legal, compliance, operations, and other business units; manages executive reporting, risks, milestones, and decision logs; tracks synergy business cases and realized value; and resolves execution barriers in a complex, matrixed global organization. A bachelor’s degree and experience in transformation, strategy, PMO, M&A integration, consulting, or enterprise program management are required, while payments, fintech, financial services, technology, and consulting experience are preferred.
