DailyPay is hiring a Director - Business Development & Partnerships - Healthcare to accelerate growth across its healthcare portfolio, including hospitals, senior living, skilled nursing facilities, and home care. The role reports to the Senior Director of Vertical Strategy and combines strategic planning, healthcare relationship building, referral-partner network development, sales leadership, tailored solutions, industry representation, and cross-functional collaboration. The position requires healthcare industry expertise, a track record in sales, business development, or vertical strategy, strong leadership and stakeholder-management skills, and a bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, or a related field; an MBA or MHA is preferred.
