Jade Biosciences is hiring a Director, Business Development to lead in-licensing, out-licensing, co-development, co-commercialization, research collaborations, platform partnerships, option-based deals, supply agreements, geographic licensing, and joint ventures. The role coordinates cross-functional diligence, develops business cases and valuation frameworks, negotiates transaction documents, supports board and executive presentations, manages partner relationships, and contributes to portfolio and corporate planning. It reports to the CFO, is remote with periodic travel, and offers an anticipated salary of $250,000 to $275,000.
