Control Risks is hiring a Director of Business Development to drive revenue and profit growth across its Compliance, Investigations, and eDiscovery practice. The role focuses on investigations, compliance services, forensic accounting, expert witness services, litigation support, disputes, and related regulatory and financial-crime matters, while cross-selling digital forensics, eDiscovery, and data analytics. Responsibilities include sales origination, prospect development, campaign and event execution, practitioner collaboration, commercial scoping, CRM pipeline management, and reporting. The position requires a bachelor’s degree or higher, at least seven years of relevant sales or business-development experience, and offers hybrid working arrangements.
