UJA-Federation of New York is hiring a Director of Business Intelligence & Analytics to lead its intelligence, analytics, and business reporting team. The role combines hands-on technical leadership with strategic partnership to enterprise-wide reporting, dashboards, data governance, automation, and AI-powered analytics across fundraising, program planning, finance, and operations. The Director will manage analysts and BI professionals, partner with data engineering and IT, and translate complex data into actionable insights for senior leadership. The position requires 10+ years of relevant experience, strong SQL and BI-tool expertise, a bachelor’s degree, and offers a salary range of $150,000 to $160,000.
