Hogan Lovells Cadwalader is hiring a Director, Business Operations to serve as a senior business and strategic operations leader for its nearly $1 billion Global Regulatory & Intellectual Property Practice. Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, the Director partners with practice leadership to develop and monitor strategic priorities, advise on business performance and resource allocation, lead strategic planning and transformation initiatives, establish governance and accountability frameworks, and drive operational excellence across finance, marketing, talent, knowledge management, legal project management, technology, and operations. The role requires a bachelor's degree, at least 10 years of progressive leadership experience in a law firm, professional services, consulting, or similarly complex global organization, and a regular in-office presence of four days per week. The expected base salary in Washington, D.C. is $202,230 to $242,160 per year, with potential annual discretionary bonuses and medical, dental, and vision insurance benefits.
