Description
Dexcom is hiring an Enterprise Business Program Management Office Leader to establish and lead a globally integrated Business PMO. The role will create the operating model, governance, intake, stage-gate standards, tools, and executive reporting needed to manage a complex enterprise portfolio, including ERP and platform implementations, AI-enabled operating improvements, and cost and productivity programs. The leader will partner with Finance, IT, commercial, operations, quality, regulatory, product, and delivery teams; translate strategy into actionable roadmaps; manage risks and dependencies; support business readiness and adoption; and develop a multidisciplinary PMO team. The position requires 13+ years of industry experience, 5-8 years of people management experience, and typically a bachelor’s degree, with 15-25% travel.
