AstraZeneca is hiring a Director Capability & Change in Macclesfield, United Kingdom, to lead the capability and change activities supporting the GCD Strategy to 2030. The role will develop and implement change approaches, build organisational capabilities, support adoption of digital tools and AI-enabled capabilities, communicate change, engage scientific and senior stakeholders, improve readiness, and track benefits. The position requires a relevant degree, experience delivering complex organisational change in a large matrixed environment, scientific or R&D experience, communication and stakeholder-management skills, and experience with learning, enablement, and AI or data-driven solutions. The role is based in Macclesfield with three days per week in the office.
