Vooban is hiring a Director, Capability Enablement to build its internal and client-facing enablement function from scratch. The role will create reference materials, technical and sales enablement programs, support resources, and knowledge assets; later define strategy, operating models, metrics, and a team. Candidates need at least nine years of relevant experience, experience building an enablement function from scratch, a founding-team background, French-English bilingualism, AI proficiency, and a hybrid work arrangement in Montreal or Toronto with Canadian travel.
