Director, Cardiac Market Development, Asia at Intuitive

The individual-contributor role translates global cardiac procedure and product strategies into localized market plans, programs, content, training, and KOL initiatives; tracks performance metrics; supports budgeting and forecasting; and improves cross-functional execution quality and matrix efficiency. The role requires a bachelor's degree, at least 8 years of progressive experience in medical devices, healthcare, or a complex regulated industry, strong analytical and process capabilities, and the ability to live in Singapore, Japan, Korea, Taiwan, or India while traveling internationally 30–40% of the time.
