Director, Cardiac Market Development, Asia at Intuitive

The individual-contributor role translates global cardiac procedure and product strategies into localized market plans, programs, training, KOL development, metrics, dashboards, budgets, and operating processes. It partners with regional and global teams, improves execution quality and matrix efficiency, and requires a Singapore, Japan, Korea, Taiwan, or India residence with 30–40% international travel. The role requires a bachelor's degree, at least 8 years of progressive experience in medical devices, healthcare, or a complex regulated industry, and strong commercial, analytical, process, and executive communication skills.
