Description
The Outpatient/Clinic Service Line Manager provides administrative and clinical leadership for assigned outpatient or clinic service lines, establishing goals, standards, policies, and procedures while partnering with physicians, medical staff, and Sutter Health leaders. The role leads quality improvement, resource allocation, strategic planning, operational process improvement, and safe patient-care delivery, and requires a bachelor’s degree in administration, management, or a related field or a nursing degree, plus 12 years of recent relevant experience. The position is full-time, Monday through Friday with occasional weekends, and pays $187,886.40 to $300,622.40 annually.
