NVIDIA is hiring a Director of Carline Program Management for its DRIVE AV team to lead the full lifecycle of L4 Robotaxi carline programs, from product planning and platform development through prototype integration, validation, and mass-production readiness. The role manages a cross-functional team, coordinates engineering, product, system, validation, and customer teams, resolves technical issues, improves delivery processes, and translates customer needs into product roadmaps. Candidates need a BS/MS or equivalent engineering experience, 15+ years of software and hardware platform experience, 8+ years of leadership experience, and a track record launching complex products, especially scaled L4 Robotaxi programs. The base salary is 272,000 USD to 425,500 USD, with equity and benefits, and applications were accepted until September 2, 2026.
