BNY is hiring a Director, Cash Management – Liquidity Operations to lead EMEA cash management operations, including high-velocity domestic and cross-border payment flows, operational strategy, risk and control, automation, AI-enabled operations, process improvement, and client and stakeholder management. The role is based in Manchester or London and requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience, typically 12+ years of relevant cash management or adjacent payments experience, significant people leadership experience, and expertise in EMEA cash management systems and operational risk.
