Description
The Director of CDx and Clinical Platform Development will architect the long-term vision and operational framework for Companion Diagnostic development, Clinical Platform Development, and Biomarker Policy Innovation. The role leads strategic partnerships with internal and external partners, manages a team of 6–8 scientific professionals, defines unit priorities and budgets, and coordinates with Roche Diagnostics and Foundation Medicine across the drug development lifecycle. It requires a life sciences or related degree, 12–15 years of biotech, pharma, or diagnostics experience, 5+ years in CDx or IVD development, and 3+ years of people leadership experience. The expected California salary range is $189,300–$351,500 annually, with relocation benefits and a discretionary annual bonus.
