Description
The Companion Diagnostics (CDx) Lead will define and execute end-to-end diagnostic strategies aligned with clinical development programs, partnering with research, clinical, regulatory, commercial, and external IVD teams. The role leads predictive assay development, diagnostic target product profiles, regulatory submissions, diagnostic kit delivery, program communication, and cross-functional program leadership. It requires a PhD, at least five years of industry experience in clinical biomarker testing and companion diagnostics development, and demonstrated drug or IVD approvals. The position offers an annual base salary of $176,600 to $236,600 and includes medical, dental, vision, retirement, and other benefits.
